Nikon TRA-2 tripod adapter which allows you to attach your binocular to a tripod or monopod to improve viewing stability.
The Nikon TRA-3 Binocular Tripod Adapter enables you to securely mount any binocular with a 1/4"-20 tripod socket on the bridge hinge. This setup provides hands-free operation and minimizes vibration. The adapter features a large thumbscrew for tool-free installation and a threaded 1/4"-20 socket at the base compatible with tripods, heads, and quick-release plates. Its long, slender center post accommodates larger objectives up to 56mm in diameter, while allowing full or near-full interpapillary adjustment.
