We’ll start out the afternoon together with some good coffee, a bite to eat and a cosy conversation about the importance of documenting life and why we do this. We’ll move through a number of topics, as well as a portfolio session involving everyone. From there we’ll do some collaborative creative problem solving and finish up with an evening inner city shoot where we’ll head out to photograph a styled couple as a group.

- Navigating creative ruts when it comes to your photographic career
- Why shortcuts might not lead to long tails
- 20 pieces of advice I’d give my past self after 100 weddings
- Session where we will go through some pieces of everyones work together
- How to draw new inspiration from the art world
- Dealing with tough situations needing better people skills
- Dealing with tough situations needing better technical skills
- How to make your every day life inform your creative choices
- A LIVE inner city couples shoot, learning ways to communicate and when to direct, and not to direct to allow for connected, artistic imagery.
Homework for attendants - Please bring along the following
- 3 - 5 pieces of your work to share and discuss with the group
- A willingness to be photographed
You'll have a chance to try out some of the latest Nikon cameras and NIKKOR Z lenses, while learning about the best tools for getting creative with Nikon Z Series.
